The cabochon opal is held in a prong setting of 10 karat yellow gold and surmounted by a small pyramid made up of rhodium beads and a single diamond accent (.005 ct). A delicate 18-inch rope chain completes this design.

Pendant was nice, if a little small. Necklace is something that needs to be replaced to ensure it doesn't break and the pendant gets lost. Necklace is a freebie that comes with the pendant.
